A multi-disciplinary artist and mindfulness practitioner born and raised in Seattle, devoted to cultural healing and collective well-being.
A multi-disciplinary artist, mindfulness practitioner, and community organizer born and raised in Seattle. With 10 years of practice in the Plum Village tradition, she shares modalities of mindfulness, herbalism, and holistic medicine. As a spoken-word rap artist and Moon Jamz host, she creates revolutionary spaces for healing and free expression.
